KALL Ingredients Ltd. is committed to transparency and a high degree of business responsibility. Our platform for reporting violations was created in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council so as to reduce the risk of violations within our organisation and to prevent them from harming our company and our reputation.
If you are an employee or external consultant of KALL Ingredients Kft. and have become aware of any infringing activities or fraud within our organisation, please report your concerns using our Whistleblowing platform.

 

Protecting whistleblowers from retaliation.

An essential element of our employment contracts is that the employee should serve the interests of the employer and not disclose confidential information about the employer’s affairs. However, if you become aware of any information that you believe indicates gross negligence and misconduct within the organisation, such information should be disclosed without fear of the consequences. Regardless of whether the report is submitted under your name or anonymously, KALL Ingredients Kft. provides protection against the consequences and any form of retaliation.

Reports will be kept as confidential as possible during the investigation.
The report will first be reviewed by the designated members of KALL Ingredients Kft. who will determine the next steps.
From the moment that your report is received by KALL Ingredients Kft., we are obliged to investigate the same and give you a written answer within 90 calendar days.

 

What should I report through the whistleblowing platform?

If you are an employee of KALL Ingredients Kft., we recommend that you submit any kind of report through the usual communication channels (immediate supervisor, supervisor’s supervisor, HR staff, HR mailbox).
If you feel uncomfortable reporting through the channels mentioned above, or wish to remain anonymous, please submit your report through the whistleblowing platform.

 

What should NOT be reported through the whistleblowing platform?

Practical issues, complaints related to daily work and tasks.
Complaints about the conditions of employment e.g. wage, leave, employment conditions.

KALL Ingredients Kft. will not examine the report in the following cases:

  • Repeated reports by the same person with the same content as before;
  • If the report does not contain any data or information that is relevant from the point of view of KALL Ingredients Kft.
  • If the identity of the reporter is unidentifiable or the information provided is incomplete.
